Customer Cross-Sell Solution
The Customer Cross-Sell
application aggregates the customer's short-term, intermediate-term and
long-term balances and profitability, along with percent of lender's
wallet-share of the customer's total liabilities. The application is a
loan officer contact management tool that summarizes the customer's risk
and risk-adjusted return, along with the lender's "wallet share" of the
customer's debt obligations.
The loan officer can
easily create a custom designed, qualified prospect list. For example, the
loan officer could specify only customers with a probability of default
rating of a 4, with current loan balance greater than $500,000, and a
current risk-adjusted return on capital of 14 percent, and where the
lender has less than 50 percent of the customer's total liabilities.
The loan officer can
also set up customer contact comments and user defined cross-sell codes.
